Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any pol4d service. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use pol4d. Use by minors is strictly prohibited and accounts will be closed if underage use is detected.
Each individual may hold exactly one pol4d account. Duplicate accounts result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any bonus funds.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Withdrawals are paid only to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable rollover has been met. Full terms apply per promotion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pol4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. Enable 2FA for additional protection.
Deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion, and account cooling-off tools are available to all members. pol4d is committed to preventing problem gambling and protecting vulnerable players.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to pol4d is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 or older. pol4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Member is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.
The pol4d Platform is operated for and targeted at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and that you are a resident of Indonesia for the purposes of this agreement. Residents of jurisdictions in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and in which pol4d does not hold an applicable license are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who are legally prohibited from gambling in any jurisdiction — whether due to age, court order, self-exclusion registration, or any other restriction — are not eligible to hold a pol4d account.
To access pol4d's betting and gaming products, you must complete the registration process at pol4d Login. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pol4d account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You agree to notify pol4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. pol4d will never request your password through any channel — including live chat, email, or telephone. pol4d cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
All information provided at registration and during account use must be truthful and accurate. pol4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false, misleading, or unverifiable information has been provided, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.
pol4d is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at pol4d's reasonable discretion at any point during account use, including but not limited to cases where unusual account activity, large deposits, or suspected policy violations are detected.
Standard KYC verification for Indonesian members requires submission of the following documents:
pol4d will endeavor to complete KYC reviews within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving a complete set of required documents. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC is successfully completed. Incomplete submissions will be returned with instructions for resubmission and the review clock will restart upon receipt of a complete package.
Where a Member fails or refuses to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request, pol4d reserves the right to suspend account access, freeze the account balance, and ultimately close the account. Funds held in accounts closed due to KYC non-compliance are subject to review in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
pol4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The current list of active deposit channels is displayed in the cashier section of your account.
All deposits are accepted and held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pol4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion required prior to deposit is the sole responsibility of the Member and pol4d bears no liability for exchange rate losses.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may differ by payment method. pol4d reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, with changes effective upon posting in the cashier interface.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. pol4d does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment instruments. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
Confirmed deposits are credited to your pol4d balance as soon as the transaction is verified on our system, which typically occurs within two (2) to fifteen (15) minutes of a successful transfer. pol4d is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. Funds subject to an active wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover condition has been fully satisfied.
Withdrawals are processed to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your pol4d account. pol4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal destination must match the identity verified during the KYC process.
pol4d targets withdrawal processing within three (3) hours for standard requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the start of the next business period. Actual settlement time may vary depending on the Member's bank or e-wallet provider's processing schedule. pol4d is not responsible for delays occurring on the receiving institution's side.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier. pol4d reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments over consecutive business days. VIP Members may be eligible for enhanced single-transaction withdrawal limits — contact VIP support for details.
pol4d does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees or charges. pol4d has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party fees applied by financial institutions.
pol4d offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds credited to a Member's account:
One welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, and per IP address. pol4d reserves the right to determine that Members sharing a device, IP address, or payment method constitute a single household for the purpose of bonus eligibility, and to limit or withdraw bonus offers accordingly.
Bonus funds that have not been used or for which the applicable wagering requirement has not been completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be automatically removed from the Member's balance without notice.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pol4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the pol4d Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, game interfaces, graphics, software, promotional materials, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pol4d or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal and recreational betting and gaming purposes. This license does not extend to:
Any unauthorized use of pol4d intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages.
pol4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pol4d implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, secure data-at-rest storage, and access controls — to protect Member data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no digital transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and pol4d cannot guarantee absolute data security.
pol4d does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties except as required for platform operation (such as payment processors and KYC verification partners), as required by applicable law, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

pol4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we target maximum uptime, pol4d does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, system failures, third-party service provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pol4d excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform — even if pol4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Where pol4d is found to be liable for direct losses in connection with Platform use, pol4d's total aggregate liability to a Member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the real-money balance held in the Member's account at the time the claim arises; or (b) the net amount deposited by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
pol4d integrates third-party game content from licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. pol4d accepts no liability for technical failures, errors in game outcomes, or service interruptions attributable to third-party game providers, subject always to pol4d's obligations to investigate and rectify material errors where they occur.
pol4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pol4d reasonably believes that:
Members may close their pol4d account at any time by submitting a written request to the customer support team. Accounts cannot be closed while there is an outstanding withdrawal request, unresolved dispute, or active bonus subject to a wagering requirement. Upon account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any applicable KYC review.
Upon account termination — whether initiated by pol4d or the Member — access to the Platform will cease immediately. Bonus funds and Bonus Fund winnings are forfeited upon termination, regardless of the reason for closure. Real-money balances are handled in accordance with Clause 6 (Withdrawals) and any applicable legal holds.
pol4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — pol4d will provide notice via the email address registered to the Member's account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by the dispute resolution body referenced in Clause 15.2.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and pol4d, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pol4d's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support and escalating to the Compliance team if the initial response does not resolve the matter satisfactorily. pol4d will endeavor to resolve all formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a complete written description of the complaint.
To submit a formal complaint, Members should contact pol4d support with the following information: full name as registered on the account, Member account username, a detailed description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs or bet reference numbers, and the outcome the Member is seeking. Complaints should be submitted in writing via the support email address listed in Clause 16.
