The pol4d Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and over. pol4d does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. All registered Members are required to confirm their age at registration and to complete KYC verification prior to their first withdrawal.
If pol4d discovers or is notified that a Member is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be subject to review, and any personal data associated with the underage account will be deleted as soon as legally permissible.
